Name the organizations involved in your own plan. The website operator, clinical practice, and pharmacy may be separate businesses. A patient should know which one is responsible for a medical decision, which holds the account, and which handles the medication.
Read the price in its proper context
The homepage advertises an eight-week semaglutide-with-B12 starter offer at $199 for selected states. This is a defined introductory package, not an established ongoing monthly price for every patient. Ask for the renewal cost, included care, and eligibility conditions after that starter period.

Find the cancellation boundary
The FAQ requires 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellation and describes a $50 charge for late cancellations or missed appointments. It also states that services already rendered are not refunded and dispensed medications cannot be returned. A visit-cancellation fee and a medication-refund request therefore need separate answers.
A useful request names the next renewal and the current order separately. Ask for confirmation of both the effective cancellation date and the pharmacy status. Instructions for stopping or changing the medicine itself need to come from the treating professional.
Identify the actual prescription
Alegro’s advertised preparation includes semaglutide with B12. Ask the clinician why that exact preparation is appropriate and which pharmacy dispenses it. The added ingredient does not make it equivalent to an approved branded medicine or establish a clinical advantage for an individual patient.
FDA approval concerns a particular drug product. A compounded preparation has not received that approval, and evidence for a different formulation cannot guarantee an individual result. Read the product-approval explanation and ask questions about the exact medicine proposed.
