The refund policy says prescription products cannot be returned after issuance and pharmacy filling and describes consultation, visit, and membership charges as non-refundable. It leaves room to report processing errors. Ask which charges begin when the request is submitted and how to stop future renewals.
A useful request names the next renewal and the current order separately. Ask for confirmation of both the effective cancellation date and the pharmacy status. Instructions for stopping or changing the medicine itself need to come from the treating professional.
