The starting price must be tied to a named medication and renewal. That detail matters when comparing the proposed prescription, payment schedule, and access to help.
This provider file follows the company’s published material and the questions it leaves open. It covers the care arrangement, price, cancellation boundaries, and contact routes; it does not certify the business or determine whether a treatment is appropriate for a particular person.
Understand the care arrangement
Harper Meds describes a questionnaire followed by clinician review and pharmacy fulfillment. Its FAQ presents access to support and a recurring shipment arrangement. These are descriptions of a service pathway; we have not measured its response times or authenticated the patient testimonials shown on the page.
Name the organizations involved in your own plan. The website operator, clinical practice, and pharmacy may be separate businesses. A patient should know which one is responsible for a medical decision, which holds the account, and which handles the medication.
Read the price in its proper context
The FAQ advertises a program starting at $149 per month with consultation, prescription, medication, and shipping. The word starting matters: request the amount for the exact product and supply period after assessment. Do not assume the minimum applies to every prescription or future renewal.
Record the total paid today, the period it buys, and the next payment. If a figure is expressed per month but collected for several months, keep both numbers in the comparison. Our price-comparison worksheet helps separate a low initial figure from the continuing commitment.
Find the cancellation boundary
The homepage says patients are charged each month before shipment and may cancel without long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Obtain the cutoff for the next charge and ask whether the pharmacy has already received the order. Cancelling future renewals does not necessarily reverse an order already underway.
A useful request names the next renewal and the current order separately. Ask for confirmation of both the effective cancellation date and the pharmacy status. Instructions for stopping or changing the medicine itself need to come from the treating professional.
Identify the actual prescription
Harper’s page advertises semaglutide and tirzepatide and identifies independent clinical assessment. Ask whether the proposed preparation is compounded or a branded approved medicine, and obtain the pharmacy name. An advertisement using an ingredient name does not settle that distinction.
FDA approval concerns a particular drug product. A compounded preparation has not received that approval, and evidence for a different formulation cannot guarantee an individual result. Read the product-approval explanation and ask questions about the exact medicine proposed.
