Luma’s page advertises new-patient semaglutide from $99 and tirzepatide from $149 per month, with oral dissolving options starting at $159 and $179 respectively. Request the current renewal figure and supply period. A starting price across different routes is not an equal-product comparison.

Find the cancellation boundary
The FAQ capture exposed several question headings without readable answers, including cancellation and refund questions. We therefore do not infer a deadline from those headings. Ask for a current written policy and the point at which a prescription order becomes non-refundable.
A useful request names the next renewal and the current order separately. Ask for confirmation of both the effective cancellation date and the pharmacy status. Instructions for stopping or changing the medicine itself need to come from the treating professional.
Identify the actual prescription
The site describes independent licensed clinicians and compounding pharmacies or outsourcing facilities. A compounded oral dissolving preparation is not interchangeable with an approved oral tablet or injection merely because an ingredient name overlaps. The prescriber should explain the specific preparation and evidence.
FDA approval concerns a particular drug product. A compounded preparation has not received that approval, and evidence for a different formulation cannot guarantee an individual result. Read the product-approval explanation and ask questions about the exact medicine proposed.
