MEDVi appears in searches about weight loss, online prescriptions, and a separate erectile-dysfunction offer called QUAD. Those pages do not all describe the same treatment or answer the same medical question.
The first useful step is to identify which service you are considering. Then distinguish the website operator, medical assessment, prescription product, and dispensing pharmacy.
The weight-management service
MEDVi markets online prescription services, but the FDA’s February 20, 2026 warning letter is an essential independent document. It addresses claims involving unapproved GLP-1 drugs. An identifiable business and a prescribing pathway do not resolve the concerns described in that letter.
The captured weight-loss material did not support one dependable all-in current price for every MEDVi plan. Its QUAD per-dose advertising concerns a different product category. For weight management, request the named medication, supply period, care charges, and the amount taken at renewal.
Why product names matter
The public partner list includes Triad Rx, Red Rock, and Beaker. That list is a lead for questions, rather than confirmation of the pharmacy selected for a patient. The assigned dispenser and formulation still need to be identified.
A branded approved medicine, a compounded preparation, and an ED combination are different products. The evidence and instructions for one should not be carried across to another merely because the same brand markets them.
The regulatory document to read
FDA issued a warning letter to MEDVi, LLC dba MEDVi dated February 20, 2026 concerning claims and marketing of compounded GLP-1 products. Read the letter in its own scope; it is not a patient-specific assessment or a verdict on every treatment offered under the brand.

The separate QUAD offer
The QUAD page describes an erectile-dysfunction combination containing apomorphine, L-citrulline, sildenafil, and tadalafil. That is a separate clinical discussion from GLP-1 weight-management care.
Read the QUAD safety questions before confusing marketing about one program with evidence for another.
