Similar online medication offers can make two brands look connected. Shared service types, design choices, or pharmacy partners do not by themselves establish common ownership.
The documents examined here name MEDVi, LLC dba MEDVi in FDA’s warning letter and Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. as the entity operating Embody through JoinEm. Those names are useful evidence, but they are not a complete corporate ownership investigation.
The MEDVi entity in the official record
FDA addresses its February 20, 2026 warning letter to MEDVi, LLC dba MEDVi. That identifies the subject of the letter. It does not provide a complete list of shareholders, affiliates, or contractual service providers.
If your question concerns a payment, ask MEDVi which entity is charging for the actual plan and retain the relevant receipt and agreement.
The Embody entity in its own policy
Embody’s JoinEm privacy policy identifies Modern Metabolic Medicine, Inc. and describes JoinEm as its product. The site footer likewise names that entity as the operator of Embody at joinem.co.
Those are the company’s published representations. A privacy policy identifies roles for that document; it should not be stretched into a claim that every possible ownership link has been examined.
What overlap would and would not mean
Two services can use the same pharmacy, prescribing network, payment provider, or software without being the same legal entity. Conversely, different legal entities can have a relationship that is not visible from the particular pages examined.

Compare the actual patient arrangements
Embody’s public site supplies contact and pharmacy-partner information, and its privacy policy is useful for examining the organization behind the service. Similar branding or shared pharmacy names are not enough to settle ownership questions involving other platforms.
MEDVi markets online prescription services, but the FDA’s February 20, 2026 warning letter is an essential independent document. It addresses claims involving unapproved GLP-1 drugs. An identifiable business and a prescribing pathway do not resolve the concerns described in that letter.
