In this file
No separate membership fee does not mean refills are one-time transactions. That detail matters when comparing the proposed prescription, payment schedule, and access to help.
This provider file follows the company’s published material and the questions it leaves open. It covers the care arrangement, price, cancellation boundaries, and contact routes; it does not certify the business or determine whether a treatment is appropriate for a particular person.
Understand the care arrangement
Refills describes online intake, provider review, pharmacy fulfillment, and an account dashboard for managing the service. The brand’s name and its recurring process make it especially important to distinguish a medication subscription from a separate app or care-membership fee.
Name the organizations involved in your own plan. The website operator, clinical practice, and pharmacy may be separate businesses. A patient should know which one is responsible for a medical decision, which holds the account, and which handles the medication.
Read the price in its proper context
The homepage advertises GLP-1 treatment from $5 per day and says there are no monthly membership or app fees. A daily equivalent is not a complete invoice. Ask for the amount collected, the days of supply it covers, and any conditions attached to a new-patient offer.
Record the total paid today, the period it buys, and the next payment. If a figure is expressed per month but collected for several months, keep both numbers in the comparison. Our price-comparison worksheet helps separate a low initial figure from the continuing commitment.
Find the cancellation boundary
The FAQ says patients can pause, skip, or cancel through their account dashboard and describes reminders before a charge. Ask how those controls interact with an order already sent to the pharmacy. A skipped future renewal and a refund for the current prescription remain different requests.
A useful request names the next renewal and the current order separately. Ask for confirmation of both the effective cancellation date and the pharmacy status. Instructions for stopping or changing the medicine itself need to come from the treating professional.
Identify the actual prescription
Refills uses personalized-product labels in its weight-management menu. Ask which ingredients, route, and pharmacy lie behind the particular option. A description such as personalized GLP-1 does not by itself identify an approved brand or establish equivalence to another preparation.
FDA approval concerns a particular drug product. A compounded preparation has not received that approval, and evidence for a different formulation cannot guarantee an individual result. Read the product-approval explanation and ask questions about the exact medicine proposed.
Contact and account help
A general patient telephone number or email was not established from the documents selected for this file. We leave that gap visible rather than reconstructing a masked address or publishing an unrelated department’s number.
A general patient phone and email were not established from the selected documents. Start with the official website and its patient-support navigation.
Start from the official Refills website to find its verified patient-account navigation. We have not signed into a private portal or measured its support response. Do not share passwords, access codes, payment-card details, or medical records with a review site.
Bring one concrete question to the consultation
What is the full charge behind the per-day price, and how late can I use the dashboard to skip the next pharmacy order?
Write the answer beside the proposed prescription and agreement. If it describes a different product, an expired promotion, or a plan you are not eligible for, ask for clarification. Our pre-purchase checklist can help keep those questions organized.
