For a payment or cancellation request
The terms describe conditions and cancellation fees for unused portions of longer medication plans, with an exception involving a provider’s medical-ineligibility determination. The examples are plan-specific; there is no basis to apply one fee to every term.
Include the date and amount of the charge, the order or membership reference, and the specific action requested. Ask whether stopping Ivím Health membership also stops any pending prescription. Keep the written response with the cancellation guidance.
For a medicine or shipment question
Clinical check-ins and individualized prescribing are described, but the actual pharmacy, ingredients, refill process, and expiration of a plan should be confirmed. A six-month purchase does not establish that six identical shipments arrive on one schedule.
Ask the pharmacy about preparation, labeling, storage, and the medicine it dispensed. Ask the treating clinician about suitability, side effects, or a change in instructions. A carrier tracking page can show parcel movement but cannot answer whether a medication remains suitable after a storage problem.

Does the membership remain necessary during the full prepaid medication period, and how are the two charges cancelled?
Displayed six-month medication equivalents are $75 for semaglutide and $133 for tirzepatide. A separate membership is $75 per month with an advertised free first month. If the semaglutide and membership terms apply together, six drug months plus five membership months would be $825. That calculation is illustrative until confirmed for the selected offer.
