An order paid for on one date may still be waiting for documents, a clinical decision, pharmacy work, or a carrier. Investigating a MEDVi delay starts by identifying the stage. A broad delivery estimate should not be mistaken for proof that the medicine is already in transit.
Before deciding what to do, identify the exact plan or prescription involved. The answer below separates the provider’s documented position from details that still need confirmation. It also gives the next questions to ask and connects them to the relevant care, account, or payment issues.
What should I do if my MEDVi shipment is delayed?
Begin with the MEDVi account: is the assessment finished, has the clinician asked a question, and has the pharmacy received a prescription? Then inspect tracking if a parcel has shipped. We did not verify a delivery guarantee covering every plan. Ask support to identify the delayed stage and notify the clinician about a possible treatment interruption.
Reconstruct the order with actual dates
Note when intake was completed, when follow-up questions were answered, when the prescription was approved, and when the pharmacy acknowledged it. Check for unfinished identification or consent tasks. Time before a complete clinical assessment is different from time spent preparing or shipping a prescription.
For a tracked parcel, distinguish label creation from carrier acceptance. Use the latest scan in your support request and ask who will investigate a missing movement. If no parcel has been transferred, the pharmacy or provider may still own the next step rather than the carrier.
Ask for a concrete resolution and address care timing
Send the order number and timeline and request the next expected milestone. If the quoted period has passed, ask whether the delay can be resolved, whether more information is needed, or which cancellation or refund terms apply. Retain the response instead of treating a generic processing status as a new delivery guarantee.
Tell the clinician if a missed delivery may interrupt medication. Do not compensate by altering the remaining supply or arranging a duplicate prescription without review. Inspect a late parcel when it arrives and raise damage or temperature concerns with the pharmacy. Delivery confirmation shows where the package went; it does not by itself establish that the medication arrived in suitable condition.
Apply the answer to the actual MEDVi order
When a MEDVi policy depends on the selected plan, use the order number and name of the medication in your request. Ask for the action, effective date, amount, and any remaining task in one written response. That record is more useful than a general assurance that an account has been “handled.”
Medical instructions belong with the treating clinician or dispensing pharmacist. Subscription, privacy, and shipment requests may reach other teams. If one team redirects you, retain the original message and ask who now owns the request. Do not treat an administrative change as permission to change a prescription.
MEDVi’s current materials describe independent medical evaluation and a patient portal, while its refund and privacy documents address separate circumstances. Match the question to the relevant document instead of relying on a broad promise about support. A completed assessment, an administrative reply, and a prescription authorization can occur at different times. If two provisions appear inconsistent, ask the team to state which one applies to the order. Retain that explanation with the original purchase record so the next conversation can begin with the actual terms and status.
How do MEDVi refills work, and when must a patient check in?
MEDVi says its patient portal handles care management and provider check-ins. A universal public deadline for requesting every refill was not established. Check pending clinical tasks there and ask when review, pharmacy submission, and dispatch should happen. A subscription payment by itself does not prove the next prescription has cleared those stages.

What happens to my payment if MEDVi does not approve a prescription?
MEDVi’s specific cancellation/refund policy says medical disqualification by its healthcare provider results in a full refund. Keep that provision with the refusal notice and receipt. The general terms also discuss consultation fees, so ask support to apply the medical-disqualification clause explicitly if its answer is unclear or inconsistent.
