Published ways to get in touch
The published telephone number for TrimRx is (888) 896-1612.
The current provider comparison page repeats this telephone number. We could not recheck the separate shipping or terms page today; request the current policy before relying on an older email or deadline.
Account and patient-portal access
Start from the official TrimRx website and follow its patient sign-in or help link. We did not establish a separate stable login address for this file.
If a password does not work, use the reset process from that verified site. Do not send a password, access code, full payment-card number, or medical record to this publication or to an unsolicited person offering to resolve the account.
For a payment or cancellation request
The September 21 terms capture described a separate request for unused prepaid amounts within 28 days of payment, subject to conditions. Ending future orders was a different action. Because we could not reload those terms on September 22, ask for the current policy and the deadline that applies to your payment.
Include the date and amount of the charge, the order or membership reference, and the specific action requested. Ask whether stopping TrimRx membership also stops any pending prescription. Keep the written response with the cancellation guidance.
For a medicine or shipment question
An outside pharmacy prepares the compounded prescription according to TrimRx’s published description. Check the dispenser on the actual prescription documents and label; a different name on the parcel is not, by itself, evidence that it came from an unrelated seller.
Ask the pharmacy about preparation, labeling, storage, and the medicine it dispensed. Ask the treating clinician about suitability, side effects, or a change in instructions. A carrier tracking page can show parcel movement but cannot answer whether a medication remains suitable after a storage problem.

Which written price and refund terms apply to my exact offer, and can I retain a copy before paying?
In the September 21 terms capture, the GLP-1 package was $199 initially and $299 for follow-up; the GLP-1/GIP package was $349 initially and $399 afterward. A provider comparison page advertised $349 monthly tirzepatide. The terms page did not return readable policy text in our September 22 refresh. These historical figures need a current written reconciliation, not an assumption that the cheapest one governs.
Use the TrimRx provider file to put the support answer beside the medical and payment arrangements. A helpful sales conversation is useful, but it is not a completed assessment or a prescription.
When ordinary support is not enough
Do not wait for a routine support reply if you think you are having a medical emergency. For severe symptoms or an immediate threat to safety, seek urgent local help. For non-emergency medication concerns, contact your treating professional rather than improvising a change while waiting.
