The refund question after a medical refusal is different from a refund after a change of mind or a completed pharmacy fill. What happens to my payment if TrimRx does not approve a prescription?
TrimRx’s September 21 terms promise a full refund for medical ineligibility determined by its affiliated healthcare provider. We retained that dated source because September 23 reloads were blocked. Confirm the policy version attached to your purchase, keep the denial, and request the refund timing; voluntary cancellation is a different policy situation.
Keep the clinical decision and payment evidence
Save the notice and ask whether the application is medically declined or waiting on information. A missing document can leave an assessment incomplete without being a final prescribing decision. Keep the receipt and the accepted policy version with the order reference.
Ask the billing team which charges are refundable, the amount being returned, and the date the refund is initiated. Where a general fee rule appears inconsistent with a specific medical-denial provision, request an explanation of the provision used. Check processing separately from bank posting

Send a specific request for the shipment hold, charge suspension, retained credit, and restart date you want, and wait for written confirmation rather than assuming those actions happen together.
