Account and patient-portal access
Start from the official Zappy Health website and follow its patient sign-in or help link. We did not establish a separate stable login address for this file.
If a password does not work, use the reset process from that verified site. Do not send a password, access code, full payment-card number, or medical record to this publication or to an unsolicited person offering to resolve the account.
For a payment or cancellation request
A monthly cancellation description does not establish the refund treatment of every prepaid balance. Before choosing a longer package, request its cancellation policy, the renewal schedule, and the effect of a clinical change during the term.
Include the date and amount of the charge, the order or membership reference, and the specific action requested. Ask whether stopping Zappy Health membership also stops any pending prescription. Keep the written response with the cancellation guidance.
For a medicine or shipment question
Zappy describes licensed pharmacies that prepare and supply compounded prescriptions. Verify the actual dispenser and product label. The platform’s name and its support line do not themselves establish a pharmacy license.
Ask the pharmacy about preparation, labeling, storage, and the medicine it dispensed. Ask the treating clinician about suitability, side effects, or a change in instructions. A carrier tracking page can show parcel movement but cannot answer whether a medication remains suitable after a storage problem.
If you have not joined yet
Am I being quoted the starter, continuing compounded, or branded-access plan, and who charges the medication?
The guide lists compounded semaglutide at $249 monthly, $687 prepaid for three months, or $477 for an eligible three-month starter package with state limits. Tirzepatide examples include $987 for three months and $1,794 for six. A branded-access option uses a separate $99 care membership while the pharmacy bills medication.
