Cancelling payments does not provide instructions for stopping or restarting a prescription. If moving to another service, the new professional should review the treatment history before making a prescribing decision.
Keep the useful evidence
Retain the original terms, receipt, renewal notice, dated request, and the provider’s response. If another payment occurs, those records help distinguish an administrative mistake from a remaining contractual obligation.
If a charge is disputed, first identify the charging company and the service it represents. A platform, pharmacy, clinician, or financing provider may use a different statement description. Ask the relevant company to explain the charge rather than treating every unfamiliar name as proof of fraud.
