A general patient-support telephone number for Noom Med was not established from the documents used here. An email route appears at support@noom.com.
The published contact details identify a way to reach the business. They do not guarantee a response time or establish that a prescribing professional answers the telephone. Ask the representative to direct the request to the appropriate team.
Account and patient-portal access
Start from the official Noom Med website and follow its patient sign-in or help link. We did not establish a separate stable login address for this file.
If a password does not work, use the reset process from that verified site. Do not send a password, access code, full payment-card number, or medical record to this publication or to an unsolicited person offering to resolve the account.
For a payment or cancellation request
The general terms describe automatic renewal and limits on refunds. Medical and pharmacy services may have additional conditions. Ask which subscriptions and pending orders are affected by a cancellation instead of assuming one app action closes them all.
Include the date and amount of the charge, the order or membership reference, and the specific action requested. Ask whether stopping Noom Med membership also stops any pending prescription. Keep the written response with the cancellation guidance.
For a medicine or shipment question
Pickup and shipment arrangements vary with the plan and payment route. Request the exact medicine and pharmacy for your case; the app brand does not identify the dispenser.
Ask the pharmacy about preparation, labeling, storage, and the medicine it dispensed. Ask the treating clinician about suitability, side effects, or a change in instructions. A carrier tracking page can show parcel movement but cannot answer whether a medication remains suitable after a storage problem.

The page describes direct GLP-1 access starting at $79 and an insurance-related route starting at $39 plus the drug’s out-of-pocket cost. These are different offers. Determine the duration, included medicine or care, and whether an existing app payment is replaced or remains active.
Use the Noom Med provider file to put the support answer beside the medical and payment arrangements. A helpful sales conversation is useful, but it is not a completed assessment or a prescription.
