Cancelling Noom Med can mean stopping a future membership payment, halting an unfilled prescription, or asking for money back on a longer commitment. State which action you want instead of assuming one request does everything.

The general terms describe automatic renewal and limits on refunds. Medical and pharmacy services may have additional conditions. Ask which subscriptions and pending orders are affected by a cancellation instead of assuming one app action closes them all.

Find the stage your request has reached
Before payment, ask for the agreement and any charge that may remain after an unsuccessful clinical assessment. After payment but before pharmacy submission, ask whether the order can be stopped and whether a clinical or processing fee is retained.
Once medication has been prepared or shipped, prescription-return restrictions can be different from membership-renewal rules. Do not assume a cancellation button reverses a pharmacy transaction that has already occurred. A refund request should name the payment and explain the basis under the policy.

Plan the care transition
Pickup and shipment arrangements vary with the plan and payment route. Request the exact medicine and pharmacy for your case; the app brand does not identify the dispenser.
Tell the clinician if access, side effects, affordability, or another medical concern is the reason for stopping. Cancelling payments does not provide instructions for stopping or restarting a prescription. If moving to another service, the new professional should review the treatment history before making a prescribing decision.
Keep the useful evidence
Retain the original terms, receipt, renewal notice, dated request, and the provider’s response. If another payment occurs, those records help distinguish an administrative mistake from a remaining contractual obligation.
If a charge is disputed, first identify the charging company and the service it represents. A platform, pharmacy, clinician, or financing provider may use a different statement description. Ask the relevant company to explain the charge rather than treating every unfamiliar name as proof of fraud.
