RoenRx offers more than one route into weight-management care. An insurance-assisted prescription, a membership with separately purchased medication and a bundled compounded-medication plan can produce different bills. A useful review must identify the selected arrangement before interpreting the price or the promise.

For this October 15, 2026 file, we examined the public weight-loss pages, expanded FAQ text, subscription policy and an FDA warning letter. We did not become a patient, verify professional licenses or measure outcomes. CoreAge Rx is a commercially featured partner of this publication; that relationship is disclosed separately from the RoenRx findings.

What the FDA letter actually addresses

FDA’s June 8, 2026 warning letter names Roen Health, Inc. doing business as RoenRx and describes a March 2026 website review. FDA objected to a pictured label suggesting RoenRx was the compounder and to semaglutide claims implying approval or evaluation of the compounded products.

The letter concerns specific labeling and promotional representations. It is not a report of this publication testing medication, and we have not established subsequent regulatory resolution. Read the dated letter itself; neither a reassuring website nor this review can supply that missing conclusion.

Who operates the platform and who provides care?

The subscription policy identifies Roen Health, Inc. and a provider network including Bruno Health, P.A. and affiliated medical groups. It describes Roen’s administrative role alongside professional care. Ask which medical entity and clinician will actually handle the proposed treatment.

The site offers insurance coordination for branded medicines and access to compounded options. A compound is not an FDA-approved generic version of an advertised brand. FDA’s unapproved GLP-1 information explains that distinction; the clinician must assess the individual treatment need.

Three price descriptions need separate columns

The FAQ advertises $39 for the first membership month, with medication normally separate. Its low compounded-medication figures are $151 per month for semaglutide and $216 for tirzepatide, associated with three-month purchasing and clinical eligibility. These are not complete standalone monthly care prices. The regular subsequent membership amount was not established in the reviewed answer.

The Doctor + GLP-1 FAQ instead lists a semaglutide bundle at $217 for the first month, then $297 monthly, and a tirzepatide bundle at $349 initially, then $449 monthly. It says medication and care are included when prescribed, while higher dosing beyond standard schedules may cost more. We did not verify an individual checkout or assume these prices apply to every linked offer.

The advertised $25 branded-medication figure depends on insurance coverage and the applicable copay. It is not a general cash price or a guaranteed insurance result. Record membership, medication, the purchased period and later charges using the complete payment worksheet.

The general refund terms and bundle promise need reconciliation

The subscription policy provides for automatic renewal until cancellation and calls consultation, provider-visit and membership charges nonrefundable. It describes prescription finality after issuance and filling by the pharmacy, while a later passage refers to shipment. The FAQ separately promises a full refund for clinical ineligibility under the bundle and mentions a thirty-day satisfaction guarantee.

Those statements should not be compressed into a blanket money-back assurance. Ask which plan is covered, what starts the claim period and whether all charges are included. Save that answer with the enrollment terms. We cannot determine from these pages how a particular dispute would be resolved.

The FAQ directs cancellation through the portal’s profile, Manage membership and Manage plan controls. It says memberships cannot be paused, though medication shipments can be delayed separately. Stopping a shipment does not establish that recurring membership billing has stopped. Our subscription guide explains the separate confirmations to request.

Delivery estimates begin after different milestones

One FAQ answer estimates pharmacy processing of two to seven business days followed by two-day delivery, describing overall arrival in two to nine business days after the provider finalizes treatment. Another describes clinical review in one to two business days and arrival five to nine business days after approval. These are published estimates, not a delivery test.

The FAQ says a three-month supply typically arrives together in three vials. Confirm the actual shipment, storage instructions and follow-up requirements for the prescribed product. We did not inspect packaging, medication quality or the pharmacy’s handling of an individual order.

Support routes and the remaining checks

The public weight-loss page lists (406) 720-4493 and support@roenrx.com. The RoenRx login provides the account route. These are published contacts; we did not test their responsiveness or establish an urgent clinical response time.

Before purchase, obtain the professional’s name, dispensing pharmacy, exact product and the agreement for the selected payment arrangement. A star score or weight-loss testimonial cannot establish those facts. Our review-evidence guide helps separate an account of experience from a document that can be checked.
