Vita Stack Health’s sale page combines low starting prices with a limited-spots message. Its longer policy pages answer a different set of questions: what a consultation fee covers, when renewals stop and what happens after a pharmacy ships a prescription. Those documents belong beside the offer before a decision is made.
We checked the main website, GLP-1 sale page, state-availability information and terms on October 15, 2026. This is a review of public documents, without an intake, purchase, license verification or delivery test. CoreAge Rx has a paid commercial placement on this publication; it is not an independent clinical ranking.
A platform with separately identified clinical partners
The January 1, 2026 terms identify VitaStack LLC, a Delaware company, with a Dover mailing address. The main site says the platform does not practice medicine or dispense medication. It names DrTelx as its clinical network and EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy as pharmacy partners.
These are provider-published statements. We did not verify each license, accreditation or the professional who would serve a particular patient. Obtain the assigned clinician and actual dispensing pharmacy, then check the relevant records using our pharmacy-checking guide. A list of partners does not establish which one receives an order.
The sale price is a starting point, not a completed bill
The GLP-1 sale page advertises compounded semaglutide as low as $69 per month and compounded tirzepatide as low as $89. It says medication when prescribed, shipping and provider follow-up are included, with no membership fee, and that a provider confirms the plan and price after review.
The page also uses a limited-spots counter and a locked-price message. We did not verify the inventory behind that counter or the conditions of a lasting price lock. Ask for the complete amount, supplied period, renewal amount and any exception before relying on the displayed monthly figure.
The general terms say the final charge can vary with medication and pharmacy selection, and describe consultation fees. The refund policy also discusses recurring subscription plans. A no-membership-fee offer can still involve recurring medication or care charges; get the terms specific to the selected plan. The service describes cash-pay care rather than insurance billing.
Location can change the consultation format
The availability page, dated September 10, 2026, advertises all fifty states and DC, subject to clinical suitability, product availability and licensure. It describes questionnaire-based evaluation in most states and live phone or video consultation in DC, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia, without an added consultation-format charge.
The main homepage describes a video consultation more generally. Confirm the actual interaction and follow-up expected in your location. A short intake estimate is the time to provide information, not a guaranteed prescribing turnaround. Eligibility remains a clinical decision.
Give the renewal cutoff its own calendar entry
The refund policy requires cancellation at least forty-eight hours before the next billing date to avoid that charge, through the portal or support email. It says current-period subscription fees are nonrefundable after the period begins and that cancellation does not reverse medication orders already placed or in transit.
Completed consultations are generally nonrefundable. The policy allows discretionary review when treatment is declined if the patient contacts support within five business days; that is not an unconditional refund promise. Ask whether the sale’s free eligibility review and any later paid consultation are separate steps.
The medication section describes dispensed-and-shipped prescriptions as final. The damaged-order section separately offers replacement, or refund if replacement is unavailable, for qualifying problems reported within five business days. Preserve the order record and packaging and ask for instructions rather than mailing medication back without guidance.
Product approval and partner credentials answer different questions
The marketed GLP-1 products are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. The sale page acknowledges that they are not FDA-approved and are not the same products as the named branded medicines. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness and quality before marketing.
Ask the clinician why the proposed medicine meets the individual medical need and what follow-up is planned. A pharmacy credential, a website badge or a favorable testimonial does not establish FDA approval or an individual result. This review does not endorse the sale page’s comparative effectiveness wording.
Use the published support route with realistic timing
The main website lists (815) 446-3934 and support@vitastackhealth.com, with patient sign-in for account access. The refund page lists weekday support hours and an expected response within one to two business days. The homepage separately advertises around-the-clock care messaging; sending a message does not establish immediate clinical attention.
We did not test either channel. Keep billing requests, shipping questions and medical concerns distinguishable, and obtain the clinician’s instructions for urgent problems. The next useful evidence is the selected agreement and assigned care team, not an unverified star rating.
