Cancelling Willow can mean stopping a future membership payment, halting an unfilled prescription, or asking for money back on a longer commitment. State which action you want instead of assuming one request does everything.
A useful cancellation record includes the plan you accepted, the next payment date, and the current order stage. The policy information below is a starting point for that record; only the applicable agreement and the provider’s response can settle a particular transaction.
What the provider documents say
The terms exclude pharmaceutical returns and describe payment and subscription obligations. A restriction on returning medicine is separate from whether an unfilled future prescription can be stopped. Ask for both answers.
The homepage advertises treatment from $299 per month with medication and care features. That does not establish the price for every product or prescription change. Ask for the full selected plan and whether another pharmacy would introduce a different drug bill.
Find the stage your request has reached
Before payment, ask for the agreement and any charge that may remain after an unsuccessful clinical assessment. After payment but before pharmacy submission, ask whether the order can be stopped and whether a clinical or processing fee is retained.
Once medication has been prepared or shipped, prescription-return restrictions can be different from membership-renewal rules. Do not assume a cancellation button reverses a pharmacy transaction that has already occurred. A refund request should name the payment and explain the basis under the policy.
Send a clear request
A general patient-support telephone number for Willow was not established from the documents used here.
A concise request could say: ‘Please stop future renewals for my Willow plan and confirm the effective date. Please also confirm whether order [reference] has reached the pharmacy. Plan the care transition
Not every pharmacy can prepare every prescribed compound. Confirm that the chosen pharmacy can fill the exact formulation and serve the patient’s location before moving the prescription or paying a second provider.

Cancelling payments does not provide instructions for stopping or restarting a prescription. Keep the useful evidence
Retain the original terms, receipt, renewal notice, dated request, and the provider’s response. If another payment occurs, those records help distinguish an administrative mistake from a remaining contractual obligation.
If a charge is disputed, first identify the charging company and the service it represents. A platform, pharmacy, clinician, or financing provider may use a different statement description. Ask the relevant company to explain the charge rather than treating every unfamiliar name as proof of fraud.
